&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The College of Education Communications Office is seeking undergraduate students who are interested in a social media internship. This unpaid internship is for academic credit (work with your department's Internship Coordinator to sign up for the appropriate course). The internship will consist of a minimum of eight (8) hours per week for the duration of the semester. Applicants must have an interest in education, teaching, schools, and educational research. &lt;p&gt;This internship does not require knowledge of HTML, but does require solid writing and proofing skills and an attention to detail.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Duties: Post education-related content to Facebook, Twitter, and Flickr, using automation services like Hootsuite. Seek out content ideas for posts from Communications team, faculty and students, College website, College Calendar, events, etc. Develop new ways to engage social media fans in conversation on various platforms. Regularly check analytics on Facebook usage (Insights) and Twitter conversations. Research new efficient and effective analytics tools and seek out automation processes. Assist with surveys, focus groups, and test campaigns for social media platforms and procedures. Research potential uses and content for LinkedIn.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Internship Description: The Assistant Head for Alumni Relations(AHAR)in the Department of Psychology is seeking a part-time Marketing Communications Intern. The Intern will assist the AHAR with the development of the Department's Facebook timeline. Major duties and responsibilities: (a) compile historical facts about the Department of Psychology, search for historical photographs, and identify notable faculty and student research accomplishments in the University of Illinois archives and/or other resources; (b) compile the above-listed information in 10-20 year time increments; and (c) enter information in the Department's Facebook timeline. The schedule for this internship is flexible during the operating hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday-Friday but does require a commitment of 8-10 hours per week.&lt;/p&gt;
