    Dr. Katrine Voie (left), a resident/master student in Dr. Sidonie Lavergne's laboratory, presented her work  at the World Congress of Veterinary Dermatology 2012 in Vancouver, and she won the Award for Best Resident Research Abstract.  Zaidimar Vargas (right),  a Summer Research Opportunities Program (SROP) student in the Lavergne laboratory, won the Award for Outstanding Scientific Writing for her summer research project proposal this summer.
