Results can be emailed to a user or group of users as they come in. To enable emailing of the results:
- Login to the Toolbox and click the Communications button at the top
- Click "Create/edit" under the Survey or Form Builder
- Click edit for your Survey or Form
- On the "Email" tab, choose "yes" to 'Receive results as they are submitted'.
- Add the emails addresses of the users to get the emails when results are submitted. Everyone in this list will get an email whenever someone submits a Survey or Form.
Reports can still be run whenever you like.
