• Deleting and removing old Forms and Surveys

  There are two ways to remove a form or survey from your list.  1) Delete it or 2) remove your access to it.

  To delete a Form or Survey from the Toolbox you must:

  1. Be the owner of the Form or Survey
  2. Have the Form or Survey in "draft" mode (this is done at the top of the Generat tab)

  If you are not the owner and would like to remove your access to a form or survey:

  1. In the Toolbox go to either Create/edit or Manage or Calendar
  2. Click the role (person) icon
  3. Remove your permissions
