To get your unit events included into the campus calendars please consider setting up specific unit calendars based on the campus calendars (Speakers, Curltural, Outreach, Performances, etc... ). You can then create a master calendar to include your sub-calendars. And we can then pull your performances into our Performances Calendar, training into Training Calendar, etc.
After you have created your calendars please send an email to etwilson@uiuc.edu containing your Calendar ID (found at the end of the URL) and which campus calendar you are requesting to be included in.
