    I saw a cockroach in the swimming pool. The assistants did not make and attempt to kill it. I do not think that it is good for swimmers and also for the swimming pool cleanness.

I understand not everyone is a bug fan, but please remember it is an outdoor pool. We are invading the area bugs live. Campus Recreation buildings and surounding areas are sprayed monthly for bugs, but a bug being in the outdoor area of the building is going to happen. They even get indoors. The filter system will eventually get rid of the bug.  Our lifeguards can't possibly worry about ever bug, leaf, or grass clipping that gets in the outdoor pool.
