  • ARC Cardio Area machine suggestion

You've got a great Cybex Eagle machine for hip abduction/adduction in the basement weight room (the very SE corner, I think).  I'd like to suggest a similar or simpler machine on the upper level cardio/weight level.

The upper level is great for cardio and light weight workouts.  Ones that maintain and improve strength and flexibility, rather than focusing on bulk.  You have many "lightweight" machines up there with a heavy-duty equivalent in the lower level weight room.  About the only one training method missing from upper level is the hip ab/ad.  I can do a complete body workout upstairs but need to go to the far corner down three levels just for this one exercise.  (Then weave between people holding big heavy things above their heads to get to this one machine.)

Hey, the stairs may be good for me, but can you comment on my suggestion otherwise?

    Thanks!

There are Abductor/Adductor machines on the main entrance level with the selectorized equipment around the climbing wall. This is also a light workout area so that is where the machines were placed. So, you have the lower level or the entrance level to do this exercise. The only fitness machines upstairs are FreeMotion line and that doesn't come with the abductor/adductor machine.

Thanks!
