The UC Program Office is open for business! IT Pros and TUCs are invited to the UC Program Office for the next couple Thursday afternoons from 3pm - 4pm in DCL L410.
These are open UC informational sessions during the month of October on the 13th and 20th in which IT Pros and Telecom Unit Coordinators can come to the basement of DCL or call in during the set times to talk about the implementation of UC at Illinois. This is a time where UC experts will take questions on a variety of topics which may vary from the LCDS to activation of UC Voice accounts, and everything in between. UC devices can also be seen and demonstrated during these open sessions. These open sessions will be held October 13th and 20th from 3pm - 4pm.
