All faculty, staff, and professional graduate students are all invited to come out to the UC Voice Campus Kickoff on Nov 14 at the Illini Union.
This Campus Kickoff will provide information on what to expect with the coming change to the current campus telephone service through the switch to Unified Communications. Attendees will learn more about the impacts of UC Voice on the individual campus user and timeline for implementation. On top of that, attendees will find out what steps they need to take to prepare for the campus-wide change and the resources available to assist them during the transition.
Three identical sessions will be happening on November 14th at 9 a.m., 1 p.m., and 3 p.m. Each session will last 90 minutes, and will take place in the Illini Union Illini Rooms A, B and C. "Understanding UC Device Options" will be happening in conjunction with these sessions, and will be lasting all day from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.. No registration is required for either.
