University Sourcing has solicited best pricing offers for devices that were a part of the CITES Test Plan.
Of the vendors that replied, Office Max was awarded all devices manufactured by Plantronics and Jabra, Midwest Computer was awarded Polycom, and More Direct was awarded Aastra. To facilitate purchasing of these devices, University Sourcing has created three new forms. iBuy users can find forms called "Urbana Champaign Unified Communications" located under University Forms on the Home/Shop page.
CITES encourages users to wait until their new UC Voice accounts are activated before contacting their individual units about obtaining any device. Waiting until accounts are activated will give users a chance to become familiar with the new software, the integrated functionality, and how they personally will be using UC at Illinois before making any device decisions.
