  • Help Desk Consortium - UC Support Sessions Scheduled for IT Pros and TUCs

    These hour-long sessions will cover a variety of support needs for units, as well as share common questions and answers experienced in the CITES Help Desk. All sessions are open to all IT Professionals and Telecom Unit Coordinators across campus, with no registration required.

    The CITES Help Desk will be covering a variety of support related topics to assist departmental support staffs across campus in better preparing to support UC at Illinois in relation to their particular department, staff, and/or unit. The hope is also to address any current support questions units might have when they attend these sessions. The anticipated topics are listed below, as well as the session dates, times, and locations.
