  • August 9th Informational Sessions: CITES Service Request Help for TUCs & IT Pros

    CITES will offer two identical two-hour sessions on Thursday, August 9th at 10 AM and again at 2 PM. These sessions are meant to address questions associated with the Pinnacle Departmental Portal and related service requests.

    The first hour of each session will be training on the basics of the Pinnacle Departmental Portal: where to access, how to log in, how to submit service requests, and how to run reports. The second hour of each session will specifically address service requests and reports. This will include what information needs to be submitted for Centrex requests vs. Lync requests, as well as which Pinnacle reports are available for the different telephony services. The second hour will also cover plans to enhance the service request process with an open question and answer period as time permits. 

    Both the morning and afternoon sessions will be held at the Levis Faculty Center and registration is not required. Session materials will be available online after Thursday's sessions, and posted to this blog.
