Andranik Migranyan is Director of the Institute for Democracy and Cooperation and is one of the most prominent Russian foreign policy experts. He graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), specializing in issues of American political system, socialism, and international social-democratic movement. Throughout his career, Migronyan has published several books and hundreds of articles in the leading Russian and international publications. He is a frequet commentator on TV and Radio.
