The i>clicker, invented here at the University of Illinois, is a student response system developed to increase student engagement, promote discussion, provide feedback, and improve learning in class. In this training an i>clicker representative and university technical staff will be on hand to provide an overview of the tool, new features, and answer any questions you might have. Specific topics will include setting up your i>clicker course, using i>clickers in the classroom for multiple choice/numeric/alphanumeric questions, utilizing the i>grader grade book, and integrating with Illinois Compass. We will also cover some of the advanced features, such as filtering data by demographics and analyzing HTML reports.
