Rubrics are useful instruments that can help you not only grade more efficiently but also defend the grade you give. However, they are only as useful as you design them to be. This workshop will provide information on how to create this scoring tool and how to use a rubric for effective grading. Come with your questions, ideas, and, if you have one, a sample rubric to share.
