Purpose: To facilitate interaction among representatives from the starch processing industry, government research agencies and allied industries. This unique conference focuses on processing of cereal grains and other starch bearing crops.
Theme: The 2013 conference theme, Separations, will address methodologies that directly affect starch processors: water demand, energy use, process efficiency and other issues.
