The Annual Graduate Student Academic Review forms will be coming to you via email in early February. They will be due to the faculty members by 5:00 PM March 1, 2012. The faculty will then have time to review them with you and turn them in to the department. The Graduate Assistantship Funding Information form will be coming out in February as well. These will also be due by 5:00 PM March 1, 2012.
