Olena Zhylinkova is a currently affiliated with the University of Illinois College of Law as part of a Fulbright Faculty Development Program. She achieved her PhD at the Institute of State and Law named after V.M. Koretsky in Kyiv, Ukraine. Her dissertation project was entitled "Contracts in the sphere of tangible rights' realization for musical works." Her main publications focus on intellectual property rights.
