The Crib (sponsored by The Night Ministry) is an overnight space for 20 young troubled people, ages 18-24, to eat good food, get a good night’s sleep, be part of a community, shower, do laundry, and share some safe and affirming space together.
Volunteers with the MBA Association will meet first to prepare a meal together and then transport that meal to the Crib Shelter to serve the youths staying there for the evening.
The Crib has a limited space of 4 volunteers, so if you want to volunteer with us, email Lucy: lskult2@uic.edu
