Feel self-assured during that all-important business luncheon by attending this etiquette primer. Ruth Hayden, from Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, will teach the basics of dining etiquette--which silverware to use, when to begin eating, and how to eat those 'difficult' foods. In addition, you will learn how to make proper introductions. Registration fee includes the workshop and a four-course meal.
Registration deadline is Sunday, Feb. 19 by 11:59 p.m. or until capacity is reached.
