This workshop will get fall applicants ready to begin their personal statements early, allowing plenty of time for reflection and editing. We will provide an overview of the personal statement and what it can do for you, in addition to discussing how the resume and personal statement are a 1-2 punch in your law school application. We will also cover how to start the personal statement, tips and suggestions for making it a standout piece of writing, and we will discuss how to approach additional essays required by law school applications.
