This year is the 60th anniversary of the publication of Ian Fleming's first James Bond novel, Casino Royale. ECE alum and Fleming aficionado Michael L. VanBlaricum (BSEE '72, MSEE '74, PhD '76) has curated a multi-venue exhibition to commemorate the event.
"Unconventional Bond: The Strange Life of Casino Royale on Film" is the Spurlock Museum's exhibit. It focuses on different movie interpretations of Casino Royale. Three very different versions of the movie will be featured in the items displayed - a TV production from 1954, a spoof starring Woody Allen from 1967, and the most recent version with Daniel Craig from 2006.
This exhibit will run from April 12 through July 21
