This year is the 60th anniversary of the publication of Ian Fleming's first James Bond novel, "Casino Royale." ECE alumnus and Fleming aficionado Michael L. VanBlaricum (BSEE '72, MSEE '74, PhD '76) has curated a multi-venue exhibition to commemorate the event.
"Casino Royale and Beyond: Sixty Years of Ian Fleming's Literary Bond" is the Rare Book and Manuscript Library's exhibit. It will include various editions of Casino Royale, other Fleming works, letters, reviews, and photos. The focus is on Fleming, his background, profession, and books.
The exhibit will run from April 12 through July 12. VanBlaricum will give a special talk about the exhibition on April 12.
