"The Healthy Weigh" is open to all employees and their spouses or partners. Participants receive support and practical guidance to help them lose weight and keep pounds off permanently.
Each weekly meeting includes:
- Optional private weigh-in
- Group sharing and support
- Weekly tips on practical weight management strategies such as setting realistic goals, portion control, tackling eating triggers, handling social situations and more
- Time for weekly goal setting
