Jeff Holden has been Senior Vice President of Product Management since April 2011 and is driven by a highly-caffeinated desire to discover new ways for people to have great experiences using Groupon. Prior to joining Groupon, Jeff was the CEO and co-founder of Pelago, whose flagship product, Whrrl, was designed to help people get out of a social rut and discover new things in their cities. Jeff also spent more than eight years at Amazon.com, where he was Senior Vice President of Consumer Websites, Worldwide. Jeff received both his bachelor's and master's degrees in computer science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Lectures in Engineering Entrepreneurship is a class that meets each Tuesday from 5-6:15 with guest lecturers from the industry sharing concepts of entrepreneurship. This is open to the public and free to attend.
