Then mark your calendars to attend the MechSE Distinguished Alumni Panel, featuring Mr. Neel Kashkari (B.S. 1995, M.S. 1998 Mechanical Engineering) and Mr. Jigar Shah (B.S. 1996 Mechanical Engineering), on Friday, April 13 at 4:00 p.m. in the NCSA Auditorium. Come hear about the career paths of these two MechSE young alumni who have successfully utilized their Illinois degrees and experiences to leave a lasting impression on todays world. Kashkari, The $700 Billion Man, led the Office of Financial Stability through the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP). Shah, who is the former CEO of the Carbon War Room and founder of SunEdison, has left a tremendous impact on the renewable energy industry. All Engineering students, faculty, and staff are invited to attend this one-time opportunity to engage in discussion with two of our most distinguished and renown alumni!
