Faculty and students in the College of Education are invited to attend a discussion of the book, Imagining the Future: Science and American Democracy. The book considers questions of public policy, morality, culture, and the relationship between science and humanities. Issues as challenging as genetic engineering and global warming are among those considered. The author, Yuval Levin is a political analyst, public policy adviser, and a former member of the White House domestic policy staff. Dinner for attendees is included at no charge.
