The Kiel Summer Business Exchange (KiSS), an eight-week program that takes place during the months of June and July, has been developed in collaboration between the Faculty of Economics, Business, Quantitative Methods and Social Sciences, and the International Center at CAU.  The KiSS program provides a unique opportunity for English-speaking students to deepen and widen their knowledge of business administration, economics, and quantitative methods, while at the same time gaining firsthand knowledge of present-day Germany. The language of instruction is English, and participants take a variety of courses together with German students that have included: International Monetary Economics, Macroeconomic Dynamics and Monetary Policy, Advanced International Trade, Applied Monetary Macroeconomics, and Strategic Marketing Management.

Staff from the International Center offer participants a series of field trips throughout the duration of the program. Prior German language instruction is recommended, but not required.  The campus is located

five minutes from the city center by bus or bike, and only minutes away from the Kiel Bay and its beautiful beaches on the Baltic Sea.
