This session will explore strategies for teaching large-enrollment courses, and how technology can help. Presenter Alan Bilansky (CITES Academic Technology Services) will discuss strategies for managing a large grade book with multiple graders in both Illinois Compass and Illinois Compass 2g, how to use Wikis to facilitate group work, how to make sure student questions get answered and check their mastery of material, and how to "flip the classroom" to bring lectures to life. Co-sponsored with CITES-ATS and the Center for Teaching Excellence.
