Online students can work the Springfield Collegiate Career Fair from a distance.
1.) Review the list of employers registered for the Career Fair on the CDC Website: http://www.uis.edu/career/careerfairs/careerfair/recruitersattending/.
2.) Research the companies you are interested in.
3.) Create a networking letter for each company attending the Career Fair you would like to connect with.
4.) Need help with networking letter? Use Optimal Resume Letter Builder located on the Career Connect homepage under "Online Toolbox". To learn more go to: http://www.uis.edu/career/onlinetoolbox/optimalresume/.
5.) Email your networking letters and resumes to the Career Development Center at firstname.lastname@example.org. A career counselor will distribute your tailored documents the day of the Career Fair.
