This course is designed as a brief review of renal physiology and urine production but will also review current laboratory testing. By the end of this course you will:

  • Have a thorough understanding of clinically relevant renal physiology
  • Identify cells, crystals and organisms in urine sediment
  • Perform all common urinalysis testing
  • Combine information from serum chemistry and urinalysis to get the most from your laboratory data
