(attendance at recent "Sponsored Project Costs" session is required prior to attending the "Cost Transfers" or "Cost Sharing" session)
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The main focus of this session is to review the cost principles that govern sponsored projects, discuss allowable cost transfers, recap roles and responsibilities for sponsored project oversight and management, and provide resources for further guidance. Group discussions/case studies will be at the end of the session.
Additional topics briefly covered in the session include prior allowable costs and other miscellaneous items. Please see the other Grants & Sponsored Projects workshops provided that offer more in-depth coverage of sponsored project costs.
