All law, business, and engineering students are invited. This is a great opportunity to hear from leaders in the industry, gain perspective for your own business ventures, or learn more about a legal career in this field. Buddy is the Firmwide Chair of the Emerging Company Practice at Perkins Coie and is a leading practitioner in the field. Buddy's clientele includes startup and well-established emerging growth companies, primarily in the software, information technology, Internet, fixed and mobile communications technology, cleantech and life sciences sectors. He has been involved in hundreds of transactions such as public equity and debt offerings, merger/acquisition transactions, private equity and venture capital financing transactions, and complex restructuring and spin-off transactions.
