This workshop will provide an overview of software tools that can help your small business be more efficient and effective. He will provide an overview of tools and processes such as functionality of Quickbooks, Customer Relationship Management systems, E-mail marketing tools, Software Code Management, Customer Support, Order Fulfillment, and more. The workshop will include demonstrations of these tools and short tutorials about how they can be used by a startup company. Lunch will be served.
