LeAnne has been conducting due diligence projects as an angel investor and for angel investors for many years. On the flip side of the same coin she has been assisting start-up entrepreneurs with their early stage business strategies, business plans, and their preparation for due diligence. Drawing from her experience LeAnne will step through the key aspects of an entrepreneurs role in working with investors during the due diligence process and will suggest some do''s and don''ts along the way.
