Mentoring is an important responsibility for many researchers, and it is a highly individual process that should be tailored to the experiences and backgrounds of the students. You will learn how to set expectations and share feedback with the students whom you mentor. You will learn solutions for common problems in mentoring. Sponsored by the Postdoctoral Affairs Office
