Not sure how to use copyrighted materials fairly in your learning, teaching and scholarship? This workshop will discuss fair use basics including fair use four factors, fair use justification, risk evaluation and some research resources. We will talk about how to use articles, images, audios, video clips and other copyrighted materials in different scenarios in teaching and learning.
