This presentation discusses the innovations powering the Internet of Things (IoT) - the billions of everyday objects getting connected to share information. The leading technologies and challenges for building connected devices will be discussed as well as the main applications that are driving growth.
About the speaker:
As the vice president and general manager of the Wireless Connectivity Solutions (WCS) business unit for the Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI) embedded processing group, Haviv Ilan identifies and develops roadmaps, strategic opportunities, and hardware and software connectivity solutions for TI.
Ilan earned a master's degree in business administration from the Joint International Executive MBA Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and Tel Aviv University's Leon Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Tel Aviv University with both a master's and bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. Ilan holds two US patents pertaining to modem technology and communications systems.
