During the breaks, please refer to our corresponding Savvy Researcher LibGuides for asynchronous assistance. Alternatively, you may fill out a consultation request or visit the Scholarly Commons during our open hours.

Do you ever find yourself wishing for a comprehensive resource where you can not only find high resolution digital images, but also organize, cite, present, and share them? Now, look no further.  ARTstor is an online database containing over one million digital images, QTVR files, and 3D models that supports your research and teaching needs. From ancient architecture to contemporary photography and everything in-between, ARTstor provides both the images and the tools needed to achieve your research and teaching goals. While ARTstor is becoming more and more diverse, participants should keep in mind that this collection is mainly focused on the arts and humanities. This workshop will include hands-on activities to introduce you to ARTstor digital library.

  • Introduction to the  ARTstor digital library
  • Search for images in ARTstor, then add notes, view, print, save, share, and cite them 
  • Organize images into groups and save them for later 
  • Make your own flashcards
