The workshop will be held in the Main Library, Library 314. Take the north stairwell (Armory and Wright Street entrance) to the 3rd floor of the Main Library and make a left at the top of the stairs.
This session introduces the basics of PubMed, including crafting search strategies to optimize results for basic sciences research or clinical practice. Participants will learn how to us MeSH to the fullest advantage for retrieving highly focused literature, as well as customization and personalization with MyNCBI. Additional NCBI databases will be also be introduced.
Audience: Faculty or graduate students involved in biomedical research and publication.
