Exemplifying its mission to perform both contemporary work and classical repertory, the Juilliard String Quartet presents a Mozart quartet nicknamed "The Violet" after a poem by Goethe, music from Bach's Art of the Fugue, and a work from Pulitzer Prize winner Elliott Carter.
