Dr. Johnston is the author of 'Eating in the Light of the Moon: How Women Can Transform Their Relationships with Food Through Myths, Metaphors, and Storytelling.' She is a clinical psychologist in private practice in Boulder, Colorado. She is also the co-founder of several eating disorder treatment centers across the country.
