Founded at Northwestern University in 2004, this innovative young musical collective has quickly emerged as a leading presenter of contemporary music. Through a versatile repertoire, numerous commissions, and educational activities, Ensemble Dal Niente has garnered international praise and professional respect, receiving significant support from the National Endowment for the Arts, commissions from the Fromm Foundation and Meet the Composer, and a Kranichsteiner Interpreters' Prize during the 2010 Darmstadt International Summer Courses for New Music.
