Laura A. Henry is the John F. and Dorothy H. Magee Associate Professor of Government and Legal Studies at Bowdoin College. Dr. Henry has a Ph.D. in political science from the University of California, Berkeley. She is the author of Red to Green: Environmental Activism in Post-Soviet Russia (Cornell 2010) and the co-editor of Russian Civil Society: A Critical Assessment (M.E. Sharpe 2006). Dr. Henry's current project, funded by the National Council for Eurasian and East European Research, is entitled "National Interests and Transnational Governance: Russia's Changing Environmental Policy."
