SPEAKER BIO:  Political pundit Paul Green is best known for his political commentary on WGN. His "Paul and the Pauliticans" segment has become a "listener favorite."

Green is the Director of the School of Policy Studies and Arthur Rubloff Professor of Policy Studies at Roosevelt University in Chicago. He is also a columnist for Crain's Chicago Business, and the author of several books and articles on Illinois and Chicago politics, in addition to his role as WGN Political Analyst. Green's latest publications, co-authored with Mel Holli, are "The Mayors: The Chicago Political Tradition" and "From Mid Century to the Millennium: A View from City Hall," which is a pictorial history of Chicago.

Many people may not know that Green is also a former elected official, having served as Monee Township Supervisor from 1977 to 1983.
