The purpose of the Black Male Faculty Panel will be to provide a forum in which University of Illinois faculty members can share their experiences and insight regarding serving as a faculty member at a large, research-intensive university. The program will allow students to gain a better understanding of the potential issues and challenges that arise related to academic, professional, social, emotional, and familial life.
