SAO-LAS: Stockholm Summer Arctic Program

Stockholm, Sweden and the Arctic Circle

June 10 – July 15, 2013

Spend your summer in the land of the midnight sun. In this intensive six-week program – for science and non-science students – discover how climate change is altering one of the world’s great wildernesses and then conduct research that will help map a sustainable future for the Arctic.   UIUC students participate together with KTH students.  Program fulfills 6 hours of course credit, juniors or consent of the instructor.  Program Fee: TBA. Includes Illinois summer tuition, Study abroad fees, airfare, lodging and transportation.
