Join this public forum to discuss the current crisis in Syria and the international community's response.  Speakers will briefly introduce key issues, including international law, the use of chemical weapons and rules of war; the use of children in debates surrounding possible military intervention; and U.S. policy considerations.  After these brief comments, the discussion will open for audience members to ask questions and add various perspectives.
