In harmonies startling and rich, the ancient choral singing of Georgia is brought to vibrant life by the 12-member, all-male Ensemble Basiani. Part of the choir of the Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi, the group melds sacred and folk songs in an inventive, sophisticated repertoire.
