Intermediate level seminar on survey research methodology. This seminar will provide an overview of available strategies for the survey sampling of rare populations. Topics to be discussed include types of rare populations, probabilistic and non-probabilistic sampling techniques, and sample frame development and availability, with examples from SRL surveys.
